Pricing questions
Five-second answers.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from the Billing Portal (avatar menu → Billing). You keep Pro features until the end of the current billing period — we don’t charge again after that.
Do you offer refunds?
14-day full refund on annual plans, for any reason. 7-day on monthly. After that we don’t refund partially-used periods — cancel before the renewal date instead.
What does Free actually include?
Three saved designs, the full visual editor, 20 fonts, PNG / JPG export, and the public Arrange page with a single-label PDF (watermarked). Multi-up sheets, brand kits, mail merge, and SVG export are Pro.
Can I switch from annual to monthly (or vice versa)?
Anytime, in the Billing Portal. Stripe handles the proration: on upgrade you’re credited for the unused period and charged the difference; on downgrade the new price starts at the next renewal.
I was on the old $4.99 plan — does this price change affect me?
No. Stripe prices are immutable — you stay on the price you signed up at until you cancel and resubscribe. New signups are $8/mo, but your grandfathered rate continues as long as the subscription is active.
Is there a team plan?
Not yet. A Business tier with team seats and parent/child brand kits is on the roadmap. For now each account is a single user — email support@label-generator.io if you’d like to be notified when it ships.
